  • Purposes related to the contractual provision: Your data will be collected and processed in accordance with contractual obligations to enable Collection Pointue to optimally execute the service (reservation, communication, etc.).

Additionally, your personal data helps ensure necessary medical assistance during services and the protection of individuals and property.

  • Marketing purposes: Your personal data may be used, with your prior consent, to send you information or promotional communications related to services and similar products offered by Collection Pointue and/or commercial partners.

 

WHAT COMMUNICATIONS AM I LIKELY TO RECEIVE?

As part of the established contractual relationship for a given stay, and without the receipt of this information being linked to an expressly collected choice.

  • Service emails: Following a reservation or as part of contract follow-up, you will receive an email to enable you to track your reservation or contract execution (reservation confirmation, etc.). These service messages are necessary for the proper execution of the reservations and services you have requested.

If you have not objected, you are likely to receive:

  • Newsletters

  • Postal mail

  • Telephone contact

 

HOW ARE DATA USED IN CONNECTION WITH SOCIAL NETWORKS?

Collection Pointue collects certain information and personal data related to your activity on social media pages created by Collection Pointue using social media services. This data is used for advertising purposes to improve our commercial relationship and the advertising addressed to you in order to offer you a personalized experience. The information collected by Collection Pointue for its own account through sites or services related to social networks is governed by these terms. However, Collection Pointue is not responsible for the use made of your data by social networks for their own account. You can directly configure on social networks the access and confidentiality of your data.

 

WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS?

Your personal data will not be disclosed. Your data may be communicated exclusively for the purposes indicated above, to the following categories of recipients:

  • Internal staff of Collection Pointue, as executor and/or data controller;

  • Suppliers and/or service providers. Collection Pointue undertakes not to transfer or sell personal data concerning you to non-partner third parties. We do not disclose any personal data to agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes. If the law, an authority, or a judge were to compel Collection Pointue to disclose personal data concerning you, Collection Pointue undertakes to notify you, to the extent possible and unless contrary to legal or judicial obligations. 3. RIGHT TO IMAGE

Travelers as well as minors and other persons under the care and responsibility of the Traveler may be photographed and/or filmed during their stay. By participating in activities organized before, during, or after their stay, the Traveler authorizes Collection Pointue to broadcast and/or reproduce their image for commercial and marketing purposes on paper or digital media, notably on social networks on pages created by Collection Pointue or by partners.

If the traveler does not wish to be included in reports/photos, they must directly inform the on-site supervisors during the stay and/or communicate it during the reservation process.

Regarding social media, the traveler must specify if they oppose the display and/or tagging of their own personal account for cross-promotional purposes.
